Meet Deb

Deb was born and raised in Carver County, Minnesota on a dairy farm with eight siblings. She graduated from Central High School. She started working in the Dental Field with Dr. McCarthy in 1984 and continued working with him for 12 years, in 1997, Dr. McCarthy sold his practice to Dr. Dan Ross.

Deb is instrumental in helping patients feel welcome at Norwood Dental. Her kind and cheerful demeanor make her an irreplaceable team member. Deb enjoys working with the public, meeting new people and helping patients understand the importance of dental health and how it is an integral part of total health. In 2000, Deb was given a complete smile makeover by Dr. Ross and this experience helped her to gain firsthand knowledge of how the latest dental technology can change lives. Outside of dentistry, Deb enjoys fishing and gardening, and spending time with her husband Allan and their children and being a new grandma.
