Karrie has been part of the Norwood Dental team since 2005, after earning her Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting from Hennepin Technical College and becoming a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA). In September 2026, Karrie passed the national DANB examination and earned her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) credential, adding another accomplishment to her career in dentistry.

Karrie is passionate about providing patients with compassionate, personalized care and takes pride in being part of a team that combines cutting-edge dental technology with the warm, welcoming atmosphere of a small-town practice.

In August 2021, Karrie graduated with honors from Capella University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Human Resource Management. In spring 2025, she earned her Local Anesthesia certification from Minnesota State College and became licensed to administer local anesthetic.

Outside of the office, Karrie enjoys spending time outdoors in every season. She especially loves spending time with her family and pets, exploring the outdoors, and making memories at the family cabin.
